Located in Albany, Calif., Ocean View Elementary School is governed by the Albany City Unified School District. The school offers classes from prekindergarten through grade five, and enrolls more than 600 students. Its curriculum includes English, mathematics, science, language art, social studies, art and music, band, physical education, and special education and computer studies. The school also operates a parent teacher association and offers lunch services to its students. Bullies there are always teasing and bullying at recess. The principal does not solve the bullying and the bullying still continues and even the recess duty teachers stand up for the bully.
