Service is really bad, if you do get a technician out there it's a gamble as to whether or not they can fix their machines. Also really bad experience with Desiree, definitely did not treat us...

I bought a copier w/ a full warranty. 7-mos. later, it stopper printing, and the warranty was useless. They'd send a technician for a flat fee + so much per hr. North Bay's warranties mean -0-.
