History
I started working since i was very young at a Japanese restaurant, and I moved around the state for new experiences. I started in NYC at JJ's Asian Fusion NY, Tsujita CA, FENG Asian Fusion CT, Sakura Steak House NJ, Ozawa CA, and no.1 Kazoku CA. I like to cook, making sauces and trying new things - ramen is one of my favorite interests. I create my own sauces, chasu, spices, and broth with filtered water. I went to many ramen places and ate ramen from very young age and always tried the original tonkotsu, chicken and tsukeman. There are many ramen shops but few good ones. My favorite ramen shops are: Totoramen NY, Ichiran Ramen NY, Ivan Ramen NY, and Tsujita CA for the tsukemen.
Specialties
We specialize in japanese ramen noodles. Our broth were made from the scratch daily in the store with high quality water. We never use tap water. Our broth characteristic is rich, milky, creamy and contain a lot of bones marrow. Come and taste the difference.
