Workers work pretty hard but sometimes they can be indifferent. I know it's the top of the line brand but it's still a jacket store... would suggest them to be more outgoing and caring

Rude workers that side-eyed us when we walked in. Didn't acknowledge us at all. My mom was brave enough to call them out on their awful customer service but we left ASAP. Do better
