Dr. Feldman has been a board certified surgeon since 2001 and became board certified in hand and upper extremity surgery in 2006. He has practiced hand and upper extremity surgery in and around Los Angeles since 2003, moving to his current primary location on Wilshire Boulevard in 2014. Dr. Feldman has held admitting and surgical privileges at Cedars Sinai Medical Center since 2008. He also works at Western Hand and Orthopaedics, with offices in Downey and Long Beach.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Dr. Feldman earned his bachelor's degree in biology at the University of Notre Dame, graduating with highest honors, before completing his medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, graduating in 1995.
