Mesa Cafe Restaurant has been successfully operating since 1984 and welcomes you to drop by and join the locals in our fun and friendly atmosphere. We are located close to the beach in Santa Barbara, California. Since 1984, we have built a strong relationship with our guests by providing great food and friendly service. Because of our accomplishment with Mesa Cafe we opened Cody's Cafe in 1994. Our goal is to continue to offer great homemade food at a reasonable price while maintaining the same great quality of service.
