The employee at the drive thru window wiped her snotty nose on her gloves. She did not change her gloves and wash her hands, She continues to mishandle the food while laughing with her coworkers...

Food is fine at this restaurant if you asked it to be made fresh. Food from the warmer seems to be left much longer than it's supposed to. Also, English is definitely a second language at this...
