Mathnasium

Hoover Magnet School serves students in grades kindergarten through eight. Hoover Magnet School is a part of the Redwood City School District. The school provides education in English, mathematics, science, social studies and language arts. Additionally, it offers classes in physical education, music, economics, and arts and crafts. Located in Redwood City, Calif., the school has a library that houses a wide collection of books, newspapers, magazines, encyclopedias, atlases, dictionaries and biographies. Its parent-teacher association is active in organizing various fundraising activities and programs for parents, teachers and students. The school offers an after school tutoring program to help students who need extra assistance.
