Our office was established after Eric Hartnett garnered over a decade of experience litigating hotly-contested and complex real estate matters, crafting legal strategies, and advising on transactional matters. Eric elected to open his own office to better serve the needs of his clients.

Our main areas of practice are real estate law, lending/foreclosure law, business law, and civil litigation. For real estate law, we assist clients with disputes concerning the duties of real estate fiduciaries, real estate purchase and sale transactions, mechanic's liens, construction defects, escrow matters, partition, fraud, slander of title, adverse possession claims, secured real property transactions, easements, property line locations, partnership rights, appraisals, commercial leases, title insurance, breaches of contract, and homeowners associations. Notably, Eric Hartnett is frequently requested to give presentations on a wide variety of topics to real estate professionals. For lending/foreclosure law, we have counseled large financial institutions, private lenders, mortgage brokers, corporate borrowers, and individual borrowers regarding their respective legal rights. We provide legal assistance for creditor's rights and both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure situations.
