I was treated rudely the moment I walked in!. She said they only accept appointments. The website clearly states that walk-ins are welcome. The service was terrible.

Rude as soon as we walked in! She said appointment only. Website said you can walk in. Then she said we could go to the Cerritos one! There isn't one!!!
