Klopf Architecture is devoted to custom design, attention to detail, indoor-outdoor living, modernism, and flexibility in our range of services. Our goal is to provide the right amount of useful advice and professional services to each client based on his or her unique situation. Consequently, we also offer a variety of fee structures and levels of service. We have successfully completed a couple hundred projects throughout California over 20 years for our clients.
Specialties
Klopf Architecture specializes in warm, modern design for new homes and Net-Zero Energy homes. We're best known for our respectful additions to / renovations of mid-century modern and Eichler homes. Our design is focused on developing comfortable flow of space, providing the right level of connection to nature, and bringing warmth to modern architecture. We combine sincere listening with our design and technical knowledge to create custom designs for each client. We can also help clients develop their goals and make them concrete. No matter the project, we believe that Green Design isn't a feature of architecture, but that architecture is part of a larger strategy of Green Design. We work with each client to color his or her project the appropriate shade of green.
