Created by Randy Brannock & Mary Stein, who 1st worked together as commercial divers, then as co-owners of Catalina Divers Supply. While owners (1986-1995), Mary & Randy added their years of experiences on the water plus their positions as former youth leaders to integrate snorkel tours & underwater education programs into their scuba business. The opportunity to take their business knowledge and start an entirely new venture in the fast-growing kayak industry came in 1994.
