Entered for a fast order pick up. Ordered 2 sandwiches and were made perfect as asked. They had my favorite rosemary park bread. 1 less star because I had to ask for my receipt

I haven't been inside a JM in years. Went in and greeted friendly. Order the tub salad and went to check out. Sawyer helped me log into acct, explained how to use my points, She was amazing:)

This is the second soggy sandwich I've gotten in a month. I get home and the bread is already wet all the way through. The lettuce on the sandwich gave it the texture of a horsehide boxing glove ....
