I would say very bad service. My friend was seeing Sandra and said she was a fraud. She mentioned her taxes weee done incorrectly and she didn't call her back.

Total useless. Got our taxes done from Sergio and paid over $400!! Process was quick, maybe too quick since the actual refund was exactly $1000 less than he calculated! He calculated the CA income...
