Perhaps due to low reviews, business is slow and the staff is not busy? One of the company trucks is just parked on SF residential blocks all day and has only been moved for street-sweeping.

Don't waste you're time Bought a cement saw and on the second use , the blade wouldn't spin, turns out there's a recall on the washers So In the middle of a huge job for a multi family dwelling...

HILTI used to be a good company. Used to have great customer service and took care of you. NOT anymore now they are just overpriced and full of false promises. Save your money and go somewhere...
