Harrington's Bar and Grill, a San Francisco staple, opened in 1935 at 245 Front Street in the Financial District, founded by Henry Harrington and his son Leo, Irish immigrants with a knack for hospitality. What began as a modest watering hole during the Great Depression grew into a cherished Irish pub, welcoming everyone from dockworkers to office professionals with its warm vibe, classic pub grub like burgers and fish & chips, and a motto: “You are a stranger here but once.” Run by three generations of Harringtons over 85 years, the bar became a neighborhood icon.

Had a private party for UCSF where they closed the bar down for just us. I was a guest not a worker for UCSF so I can't speak for setting it up but the drinks were good and finger foods amazing....
