Harbor Cove Caf is a local independent restaurant serving breakfast and Lunch at the beach. We offer top quality food at a reasonable price in a casual Dockside setting that can't be matched in all of Ventura County. Our Business Under the ownership of Captain Ron Willis since July, 2005, we strive to provide a laid back classic california beach style dining experience. We are accross the street from Harbor Cove Beach and next door to the Channel Islands National Park Vistor's Center and Museum ( free admission ), so we are family friendly. We have outdoor patio and picnic table seating in a grassy area just steps from the water and boat docks. We are dog friendly, so bring fido too. Come check us out.
