We are a locally owned and operated year round party store business. We have 2 Party Guys locations, in Stockton and Modesto. We also own Grand Events in Modesto ( not to be confused with Classic Party rentals;we share a roof with them). We decided to open a massive Halloween only retail store ,The Halloween Guys, to offer the Central Valley a complete shopping experience based on our knowledge of the Valley.

We are a full service Halloween party supply store. Selling everything needed for an awesome Halloween experience for all ages! We sell costumes, offering dressing rooms, masks, decor, accessories and anything else you could imagine. We have a 25,000 square foot plus sales floor that is staffed and clean at all times! We are proud to be locally owned and operated.
