A healthy fast food choice, the first Flame Broiler was opened by owner Young Lee in 1995. Since then, the restaurant has expanded to around 77 independently owned and operated locations in California and Arizona. The Flame Broiler uses no MSG, no chicken skins, and does not fry its meals. The interior of this restaurant location is very clean, with a partial view of the flame broiling going on in the kitchen. The Flame Broiler specializes in beef, chicken, and mixed vegetable bowls and is located a couple doors down from Stater Brothers grocery store.
