Italian native, Nerio Festa, came to the United States for love, 20 years ago. He moved to Sonoma a year later, and set up his metal work and art studio. And since that time, he has been producing steel and river stone artwork, lighting solutions, gates and railings, wine racks, and sculptures. He fabricates each piece by hand, and has even created machinery to manipulate steel to his liking. With a background in electrical engineering, his pieces are both functional and whimsical. Nerio uses salvaged metal, river stones from the Noyo River or from the property when he builds each unique piece.
