History
FCCA started in 1982 in the back rooms of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Modesto, California. Founded by Audrey Foster with the assistance of her husband, Rev. Thomas Foster, the agency has always focused on placing the waiting children of the world into forever families. Over the years we have grown to six locations, and we are licensed state-wide. Whatever your adoption plans may be, contact FCCA for a free consultation to see if we can assist you.
