The company s premium fermented cider, Ace Perry cider is one of the first commercially produced and distributed pear cider in California, made from a base of pure apple juice. Ace Berry cider is a mixture of raspberry, blackberry and strawberry juice added into fermented apple cider. Ace Apple Honey is made with 5 percent Sonoma wildflower honey and 95 percent Sonoma County apple juice.
