I have been using Eureka Florist for several years now, to send our aunt flowers for her birthday, and every year they do an outstanding job!!!

RUDE people. we ordered flowers for a funeral. no phone call to us, they just didn't deliver. Then we heard that they quit paying their employee and now will face a lawsuit. worst service...

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day well in advance (11+ days out). On Mother's Day, they wrote saying their largest delivery van had broken down and the flowers would not be delivered that day....

First, the Mother's Day flowers I ordered were never delivered. As of 10:30 I have still received no email or phone call (they said they did both). The audacity of asking for a tip on flowers...
