Elena is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a background in track, gymnastics and dance. She transitioned to weight-lifting and Pilates in her 20s following her passion for balanced and sustainable all around fitness approach. Ever since Elena stepped into a gym, she wanted to share her knowledge with people, helping them achieve their goals and lead a healthy lifestyle. She became a certified personal trainer in 2013, further deepening her expertise in nutrition, mobility training and Pilates certifications. Elena brings her philosophy of multidimentional approach to training people: - Strength training - Joint mobility - Cardiovascular health are her main coaching pillars.
