Customer service through the drive thru is terrible. The employees are ghetto and unsure what the menu is. First and last time coming here.

Please pollo loco toast these burritos it feels like I'm chewing on play doh. This is a BRC burrito but mainly has beans n rice where's da chicken at? Really unsatisfying I had to go get McDonalds...
