This location has good customer service and even better food. I got the double pollo fit bowl salad for lunch and it was very hardy. Their cilantro dressing is always on point, consistency is key....

Okay, not sure if I feel like describing in detail a normal "Randy B" review, the ambiance, the items I ate with description, etc. After all, no El Pollo Loco transports me into Chicken Heaven....

Very friendly staff in this location. The food is what you'd expect in a Pollo Loco, which is good. Plenty of seats as well. It's a busy shopping area so the large parking lot does fill up but...
