I went to El Pollo Loco about an hour ago, went through the drive thru, gave my order, waited in the parking lot, they brought my order out, I came home to find they didn't give me the 2 orders...

My order came out fresh and well packed for To Go... had plenty of condiments like the green and red salsas... the salads were crisp and not soggy... the chicken was moist and tasty... the team...
