The Fraternal Order of Eagles (FOE) is an international nonprofit organization that unites patriotic American in a fraternal order to do good works for their fellow man. The FOE was founded in 1898 in Seattle. The women's auxiliary group was started in 1927. FOE membership exceeds 1.1 million, with more than 1,700 groups in the country.
