To meet these demanding challenges VCPFA seeks the most highly qualified and motivated fire/rescue professionals through the negotiation of competitive wage and benefits packages. We endeavor to educate policy makers and the community to the unique needs of firefighters and the fire rescue service. In addition to fire and rescue work, VCPFA members further participate in their community through VCPFA charities, which raises and donates tens of thousands of dollars each year to local charities. VCPFA members donate both their time and money to assist community members in their time of need.
