With years of experiences doing brows, lash extensions, makeup, hair and even management, Dotty knew her passion was to create art. Made a last minute appointment for my Mom as early mothers day present and Dotty was able to come through with it. Very professional and clean place. Her eyebrows came out looking very natural!
