FIRE PITS: There are around 40 Fire Pits at Dockweiler Beach, and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. They cannot be reserved. Fire Pit Rules: 1. Any grills or BBQs must fit inside the fire pit, which is 2' wide. No grills, grilling, or flames or fires on the sand. 2. To use the fire pits, you bring your own charcoal or wood and a way to light them. 3. Please do not use sand to put out the fire. 4. Help keep our beaches clean by preventing ashes or debris from falling into the sand. PARKING: The Dockweiler Beach parking lot hours are 6 am to 10 pm. Street parking on Vista del Mar ends at 10 pm as well. Summer Parking Rates: Weekday: $8 all day Weekend: $13 all day Winter Parking Rates: Weekday: $6 all day Weekend: $8 all day

This is a great beach for the simple fact there's so many things to do. You can look at the shippers and you can have bonfires on this beach legally.
