Hello I'm Mike and I founded Delmae Pools because I was disgusted with the service I was getting from other pool maintenance companies at a rental property. The pool was always dirty, I could never tell if they showed up, and I was getting constant phone calls from the tenant because something was wrong with the pool. That's when I decided to do it myself. That's when I evaluated the standards in the pool service industry and decided to raise the standard taking Pool Operator courses offered by the National Swimming Pool Foundation and the Aquatic Training Institute because I didn't feel that my back yard training was adequate enough to represent myself as a pool professional. I also raised the standard by using the latest electronic & photometric testing equipment to ensure accurate readings and perfectly balance water chemistry. I decided it was also important to report to the customers and provide them with a record of the service and make them aware of any findings.
