Dr David M Chang has retired in November 2018 after establishing his business for 28 years. Dr Albert S Lee is a Sacramento native and has been practicing 22 years. He attended the University of Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco and is a part of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Sacramento District Dental Society.
