The restaurant is located in a strip mall. We had a little trouble locating it because the DA part of the name is on the little chef character and not with the rest of the title of the restaurant...

I saw all the 5 star reviews and looked at the menu. The Coachella/ Pass area has zero great American Chinese restaurants, ( most all are Thai) When I walked in the air smelled of spicy curry....

I knew this spot was going to totally hit! Da Chef Noodle is serving up some authentic and special Chinese food, primarily known for their noodle soups. My only regret is having not tried this...

First and last time we would give this place our business. Greasy and tasteless food. Noodles and chicken dishes - all bland. BBQ Pork was decent.
