They hung up on me after being on hold for a very long time. I asked them to check on 2 things they checked on one then hung up. I was not pleased with my experience.

Pharmacy staff was amazing! I was out of town and trying to get my prescription filled so that I'd have my medication when I got home. Another pharmacy had let me down and so I called these guys....

CVS has always been 'not good', but now it's horrific. Human interaction for pharmacy has been replaced with AI, and not in a good way. Every negative review this place has is well deserved.

I now understand that their job is challenging, and I shouldn't burden them with requests like ringing up someone's cat food and depends while picking up their prescription. if you have problems...
