Most CVS stores are understaffed, but this one is in such dire straits that the pharmacy was closed in the middle of a weekday afternoon.

This CVS location is one that I frequent since it's conveniently located on Sierra Madre Blvd. I've never had an issue here and have actually enjoyed stopping by here whenever I need OTC...

Unsafe at night: The majority of lights in the parking lot have not worked for several weeks. Large parts of the parking lot are unlighted. Management was informed weeks ago.

Waited 10 minutes for customer service after being told by an employee I'll be "right over." Apparently it takes 10 minutes to open a deodorant cabinet, 0/10 experience decided to just leave.
