Don't deal too much with the staff inside, but I really appreciate having this branch so close to home. The ATM is always there when I need it.

This is not a review for the Branch, which is Great. I had to wait for over I hour to get through the Citi main number , after which time I hung up. having not talked to anyone. That is ridiculous...
