As a fitness and nutrition consultant I develop customized individual programs for my clients focused on a healthier nutritional and exercise lifestyle. Either in the confines of a gym, an on-site boot camp program or those who simply would prefer the gym to come to them at your own home.

Services: Mobile Fitness... provides convenient, customized and effective on location personal fitness training sessions. This program is ideal for the busy professional, stay at home mom or anyone preferring that the gym come to them. As with all our programs we educate you on proper exercise technics, application and customized routine. Boot Camp Fitness... are available for groups of 4-12 people who are seeking a more organized, team orientated workout. We hold sessions in parking lots, conference rooms, local parks or even neighborhood facilities. Boot camps are ideal for anyone looking for a more cost effective workout alternative or are interested in building group cohesiveness and team morale. Nutritional advice and body measurements are also available.
