Carlock's Bakery

Carlock s Bakery is a full-service bakery serving the San Luis Obispo County in California s Central Coast. The bakery is family-owned since 1961, and makes and bakes all its own creations daily. It offers a wide variety of bakery items for special occasions, gatherings and general use. Its signature cake features white chocolate seashells. The bakery offers cakes in different flavors, such as white, yellow, chocolate, marble, almond, carrot, lemon-poppy, banana, chocolate-chocolate chip, applesauce-spice and cherry. The bakery s Woody car cake is made with butter cream icing for a commemorative birthday. It uses various fillings, including lemon, Bavarian cream, German chocolate, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, chocolate butter cream, apple, apricot and mousses. The bakery is a member of the Central Coast Wedding Professionals and Retail Bakers of America. It also has a coffee bar. Carlock s Bakery operates Tuesday through Saturday, and is located in Los Osos, Calif.
