Best. Deep Dish Pizza. Ever. I have had Capo's bookmarked for years and finally visited for the first time. Walking in Capo's is like being transported to the days of prohibition with Al Capone....

Celebrating classic Chicago-style cuisine with an emphasis on authenticity and quality of ingredients, the menu dishes up favorites like true Chicago-style pizza served on four types of crust: Deep Dish, Cast Iron Pan, Stuffed, and Cracker Thin. Each style is made with Ceresota Flour from one of the oldest mills in Chicago. Capo’s signature dish is marked by the Quattro Forni pizza, taking Gemignani’s World Pizza Championship winning dish, the Tre Forni, to the next level by cooking it four different times as opposed to three; and is limited to 10 per day due to extensive specialized preparations.

Very solid Italian food!! We came here once for pizza and the second time for pastas. Staff were great. They have a good happy hour too which I love! I got the vodka pasta and it was a huge...

my group and i got here right when they opened and got a table outside very quickly! the staff instantly greeted us and got our drink orders started. 5 of us (including my two year old) shared...

If it's pizza from chef Tony, you know it's gotta be good. Just a fact of life! Capo's transports you from the west coast to the streets of Chicago where deep dish and tavern style reign supreme....
