Book Friends

The Friends of the Pleasant Hill Library is a nonprofit organization established in 1953 dedicated to supporting the Pleasant Hill Library through funding generated from the sale of donated books and merchandise. In 2024, they contributed over $130,000 to library programs and provided more than 3,000 books to children during outreach events.

With the opening of the new Pleasant Hill Library in July 2022, a vibrant community hub was created, featuring a range of resources and programs aimed at fostering a love of learning among all ages.
