I call at 4:30 on a Tuesday. The recording says that business hours are from 9 to 5 and then drops my call. I called four times before a live person answered.

It is so good to have a bank where the tellers/bankers are real people who actually get to KNOW their customers. I love my bank! And I love the remodel!
