Went in to check out Jo Malone and Christian was so helpful and kind. I love their selections of brands, something for everyone! Loved the atmosphere there, bright and cheerful!

I love BM and live near one but I was in town and came here to pick up some things I had forgotten. Staff was unfriendly and worst, didn't know much. Either that or they couldn't be bothered....

Morgan is so knowledgeable and helpful - consistently upbeat and focused on the highest level customer service with joy. I shop with my very elderly mom and Morgan makes it such a fun experience
