Worst place to order online. Items took 3 weeks to be delivered. China delivers faster. Items were not in the correct shape as well. I would send it back but it's pointless since that place is trash.

Excellent customer service. Reasonable service prices. I bought new bike here; replaced derailleur cables and housing on old bike; plus some other minor jobs that were done free of charge.
