Gave this place another try but they let me down. $14 banh mi that barely has meat in it. But they did add something extra in it "a piece of stainless steel scrubber ". Not recommend this place.

Everything I've had, I've loved. Food is great, drinks are great, mango sticky rice is bomb! Pho is very clean , sandwiches are delicious.
