Extortionists! I have used Aztec since 2019. Rates have gone up 79% from 2021 to 2023. They don't let you know of the rate hike up front. They just send you an outrageous bill at the end....

Bad response time and after paying nearly $500 for the inspection of 6 fire extinguishers and the range hood they quoted $1050 to replace 6 extinguishers. I agreed they assured me all was okay....
