This ARCO on Lake St. does not honor the Drink Refill Rewards App. The drink dispensor is broken anyways. Not a recommended ARCO.

No masks being worn by anyone, staff or customers. The debit card reader wasn't working, had to go inside. Other than that, I was able to get gas.
