So I had their little egg pastries at the Japanese Festival in Costa Mesa. They have a food stall and there was a very long line. I waited for almost 45 mins to get these baby Castella nuggets....

Found Amami-ya at Taste of Japan at STC Anaheim Gardenwalk. Fun small pastry you can't just eat one or two or a dozen.. Love Asian snack foods.
