They did m upper lip and burnt my face with the hot wax an now I look like I have a fake mustach I went back and they ignored me I'm TV calling corporate. I am pissed they need to be shut down....

Got there 15 minutes before close, and they turned me away. Shouldn't post a close time if you can close when ever you want.

Negative stars..they don't keep your appointment and the staff was very rude. I'll never go back.
