Pleasant staff, hot breakfast food at an excellant Hardees standard. I can't reconcile other negative reviews

My shake was half empty. $5.29 worth of empty. When I asked the counter person if that is all that came with this shake she said yes, that and topping which I did not opt for.

The food was cold and slapped together,the fry's were over cooked laying in heat lamp. So I tried break fast with family I love you girl my daughter in love

Our food was cold and the grease was old. The chicken strips were a joke, just a bunch of small blackened pieces. The fries had to be thrown away too. What a waste of $20!

Filthy and horrible food. There were items on the menu that they did not have. I could not eat my food nor the people with me. This store will put Hardee's out of business.
